You can perform Dumbbell Triceps Kickback by standing with your legs apart and holding a weight in both hands. Now, stabilize your abdominal muscles and straighten your back. After this lower yourself doing a partial squat with knees bent at 45 degrees. Keep your elbows to 90 degrees and maintain the posture for a few seconds.
