The American singer, songwriter and actress Vanessa Williams looks awesome and breathtaking even at the age of 46. The Ugly Betty star was interviewed recently by the OK magazine and there she had shared some of her diet secrets that help her maintain her figure and keep her fit and healthy.

  • For the morning breakfast she just has one-half of a bagel combining it with cheese and a half cup-of-coffee. You may wonder that this breakfast is next to starving yourself. But it’s not like that. Bagels are known to be full of carbohydrates and hence keep your stomach full for a longer time.
  • At the time when she is undergoing training she says no to dairy and sugar. She just eats what she cooks.
  • She advises to ban macaroni, cheese and sweets. She also tells to at as much as proteins and leafy green vegetable as you can.
