Looking and feeling great – that is the way we would like to live but sometimes it is simply impossible, because you want to be slim and lightweight but can’t imagine a single day without a bottle of coke. That is not the way everything should be. You should start with avoiding belly-bloating foods, such as:

Chewing gum

Together with stomach and teeth problems chewing gum leads to swallowing air that gets trapped in your GI tract and causes bloating and belly expansion. So, don’t chew!

Salt

When you overeat salty foods your body needs more water, so your drink more and all this fluid retains in your body and you feel yourself like a puffy teddy-bear and can’t get rid of extra water weight.

Carbonated drinks

Tell me the truth, where do you think all those bubbles go? Do you really believe they can disappear? No, that’s not rue – they accumulate in your belly and make you feel really bloated.

Good luck dears and mind what you eat and drink!

A couple of days ago, I finally figured out the most pleasant moment after going in for sports. Actually, please, please, promise not to laugh at me. At least, not to laugh your ass off ))) I adore sitting somewhere under the tree and drinking fresh water from a bottle. Because only in such moments I feel that I did my bit and can have some rest right till the next training. Agreed???

But, today there is a cloud on my happiness. I have to admit that my bottle has done its time and its further usage can do harm to my health. So, after a year of constant usage (cycling, biking, flights, hot days, etc.) I have to say Bye-bye dear bottle.

I am lucky to find a new one in a very quick way. How about reusable, taste-friendly and nice water bottles from Sigg? I will say YES! According to the site they are ultra-lightweight and safe as well. The price is not high, so, I suppose, such a bottle is definitely worth buying and trying.
