Apart from diet precautions, a pregnant lady must indulge in some pregnancy exercises and the safest exercises during pregnancy are Yoga exercises. <p>Do Poorna Titali Asan or Full Butterfly Asan by sitting with your legs outstretched. Then, bend your knees and bring the soles of the feet together. Make sure to keep your heels as close to the body as you can. Now, clasp your feet with both hands and gently bounce the knees up and down using elbows. Repeat for 20 times to relieve tension from your inner thighs. </p>

<p>Pregnant ladies often suffer from sleeping disorders, so doing Supta UdarakarshanAsan or Sleeping Abdominal Stretch Pose is suggested in that case. For this Yoga exercise, you need to lie in the back by interlocking fingers and placing hands beneath the head. Now, bend the knees keeping the soles of feet on the floor. Then, move the head towards the left twisting stretch to the entire spine. Repeat this asan for 10 times for removing constipation and indigestion.
<p>Yoga exercises help distressing in pregnancy apart from making your body ready for a healthy delivery. </p>
